They collect the student details and forward them through trust website to the board of trustees. From the assistance given by the trust, they buy or reimburse the cost of articles like uniforms, stationery items, school bags etc., to the needy students. They organize yearly meetings in their area, facilitating direct interactions between students and the trustees. They also identify bright students for special care and assistance. They also provide periodical feed back to the trust about the performance of their students.
